Below are frequently asked questions regarding our response to the coronavirus.


We know this is likely a deep disappointment and we apologize for this disruption in your vacation plans. 

If you made your reservations directly with us on our website or via phone, your cancelled reservations will be refunded. If you booked with an online travel agent such as Expedia, Booking.com, etc., you will have to contact that website for a refund.

Again, we apologize for this disruption. Please know we have made this difficult decision in order to keep you and our employees healthy and safe.

Due to the resort’s temporary closure, any reservation that was originally made with an arrival date before June 1, 2020 will automatically be cancelled and refunded.  No further action is required.  Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.  We appreciate your patience as we work to complete this process.

Any other reservations with an arrival date prior to July 1, 2020 can be cancelled or rebooked 24 hours prior to arrival, at no charge. If the reservation was made directly through the hotel or on www.WynnLasVegas.com, you may cancel or modify your reservation at www.WynnLasVegas.com.  For reservations made through a third party, please contact your booking provider in order to cancel or rebook your reservation.

While the the situation remains fluid, we are currently accepting reservations beginning June 1, 2020.  You may book accommodations by visiting www.wynnlasvegas.com.  

All performances have been temporarily suspended at the Wynn and Encore Theaters until further notice. Please find additional information about each show below. Refunds are available upon request through the original point of purchase.

  • Le Rêve – The Dream, performances have been cancelled through May 31, 2020.
  • Jo Koy, May 30-31
    • The Saturday, May 30 performance has been rescheduled for Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020. Ticket holders for this performance will receive additional information soon and should keep their original tickets to use at the rescheduled date. 
    • The Sunday, May 31 performance has been rescheduled for Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020. Ticket holders for this performance will receive additional information soon and should keep their original tickets to use at the rescheduled date. 
  • Cedric The Entertainer, May 16 
    • This performance has been cancelled. Ticket refunds have been automatically issued.
  • Sebastian Maniscalco, May 23-24
    • These performances have been cancelled. Ticket refunds will be automatically issued.
  • Russell Peters, June 6
    • These performances have been cancelled. Ticket refunds will be automatically issued.
  • Jim Gaffigan, June 13
    • These performances have been rescheduled for Dec. 10, 2020. Ticket holders for this performance will receive additional information soon and should keep their original tickets to use at the rescheduled date. 
  • Robbie Williams, July 3-5, 8, 10-12, 15
    • These performances have been cancelled. Ticket refunds will be automatically issued.
  • JB Smoove, July 18
    • This performance has been cancelled. Ticket refunds will be automatically issued.
  • Lea Salonga, Oct. 18
    • The Sunday, Oct. 18 performance has been rescheduled for Sunday, April 25, 2021. Ticket holders for this performance will receive additional information soon and should keep their original tickets to use at the rescheduled date.

Guests who purchased event tickets directly from WynnLasVegas.com, Ticketmaster, the Wynn Box Office, or through Wynn Concierge will receive a full refund back to their original form of payment after the refund has been processed. No additional action is needed. 

Operations have been temporarily suspended at XS Nightclub and Encore Beach Club. All shows scheduled at XS Nightclub, Encore Beach Club and Encore Beach Club at Night are cancelled until further notice.

Guests who purchased event tickets will receive a full refund back to their original form of payment after the refund has been processed. Refunds will include table reservation deposits. The spas and salons are temporarily closed. If you have an existing reservation, a representative will contact you with further information. 

Dining reservations do not have cancellation fees.

Due to our temporary closure of all operations and in accordance with Nevada Gaming Control Board approval, Wynn cannot currently process any transactions or payments including those related to slot wagering instruments or credits, gaming chips/tokens, race or sports tickets, wagering accounts, front money deposits, casino deposit boxes, etc.

Sports and race wagers are considered “action” until the event is officially cancelled by the applicable sport or race authority. If an event is officially cancelled, all applicable wagers will be refunded when our operations re-open.  We will announce our re-opening date on our website when it is determined.  Thank you for your understanding.
